Field Engineer — Civil Works & O&M
Supervises on-site BESS and PV civil installation works across Cyprus. Manages installation teams and subcontractors, carries out preventive and corrective O&M maintenance visits, and handles fault diagnosis and site quality documentation.

Leads Lighthief's Polish operations and provides EPC depth behind every Cyprus BESS project. Developed the Częstochowa HQ — 1,000 m² offices, 3,500 m² warehouse, and a 23-hectare R&D centre combining utility-scale PV farms, biogas plant, and live BESS test systems.
